When they mentioned the retorque that would be needed after 25 miles. I said, “Oh, about the time I get home.” They offered to do it for me whenever was convenient. While traveling on I35 in a rental car, the tire warning indicator light came on. We stopped at the nearest gas station and added air to the tire. However, we could hear air escaping. Burgduff was the closest tire shop. They quickly identified the problem and patiently waited for me to get authorization from the rental company to repair the valve stem. This place is great. You have receptionist who greets you and gives out fair prices. Techs are good and fast and they inspected and looked for any possible problems that may need looked in future. When they were changing my tires they brought me out to see that my shocks were rusting out and gave an analysis on what that would mean.
